PELATIHAN KOMPETENSI PAEDAGOGIK GURU MENGGUNAKAN STIFIN TES DI SD AL WASLIYAH BROMO MEDAN

Abstract


Abstrak: Masa pandemik, kebanyakan siswa sekolah dasar tidak diperbolehkan untuk bertatap muka langsung dalam hal pembelajaran. Dalam era menuju new normal di SD Al-Wasliyah Bromo sudah mulai menerapkan belajar tatap muka Bersama siswa di sekolah. Hal ini yang memunculkan polemik dalam pemilihan wali kelas oleh Kepala Sekolah. Kebanyakan guru- guru yang terpilih menjadi wali kelas tidak sesuai kompetensi nya, hanya berdasarkan guru tersebut mampu mententramkan kelas saja. Tes StiFin ini dapat membantu Kepala Sekolah dalam penentuan wali kelas, ditambah lagi adanya tes Peadagogik yang mampu menilai seorang guru dalam hal pengetahuan di sekolah. Peserta dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini berjumlah 15 orang dengan spesifikasi 1 Kepala Sekolah dan 14 Guru- guru.

Abstract: During the pandemic, most elementary school students are not allowed to meet face to face in terms of learning. In the era of the new normal, Al-Wasliyah Elementary School Bromo has begun to implement face-to-face learning with students at school. This has led to a polemic in the selection of homeroom teachers by the principal. Most of the teachers who were elected as homeroom teachers were not in accordance with their competence, only based on the teacher being able to calm the class. This StiFin test can assist the Principal in determining homeroom teachers, plus there is a Pedagogic test that is able to assess a teacher in terms of knowledge in school. Participants in this community service amounted to 15 people with the specifications of 1 principal and 14 teachers.
