Pelatihan Business Model SWOT dan Break Even Point Berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bagi Kelompok Wirausaha Pemula di Pasar Minggu
Abstract
Abstrak: Program pemberdayaan ini ditujukan untuk mengatasi masalah wirausaha pemula di Foodcourt Riziq Motor, Pasar Minggu yang belum memiliki perencanaan bisnis sistematis, pemahaman analisis SWOT dan Break-Even Point (BEP), pencatatan keuangan, serta penggunaan teknologi dan promosi digital. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen usaha, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, dan kemampuan pemasaran digital bagi 6 pelaku usaha mikro. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, penyuluhan, workshop, praktikum, pendampingan lapangan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan pre-test, post-test, observasi, dan wawancara untuk mengukur perubahan keterampilan dan praktik usaha. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan softskill 45% dan hardskill 52%, dengan kenaikan omzet rata-rata 28% dalam dua bulan setelah pendampingan. Penggunaan spreadsheet berbasis AI membantu mitra memahami BEP dan merencanakan produksi secara tepat, sedangkan penerapan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan pemasaran digital meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract: This empowerment program is aimed at overcoming the problems of novice entrepreneurs at the Riziq Motor Foodcourt, Pasar Minggu who do not yet have a systematic business plan, understanding of SWOT and Break-Even Point (BEP) analysis, financial recording, as well as the use of technology and digital promotions. The aim of the activity is to increase business management capacity, data-based decision making and digital marketing capabilities for 6 micro business actors. Implementation methods include outreach, counseling, workshops, practicum, field assistance, and evaluation. Evaluation is carried out using pre-test, post-test, observation and interviews to measure changes in skills and business practices. The results show an increase in soft skills of 45% and hard skills of 52%, with an average increase in turnover of 28% in the two months after mentoring. The use of AI-based spreadsheets helps partners understand BEP and plan production appropriately, while the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and digital marketing increases business competitiveness and sustainability.
